Story:
Hi, my name is Christine, and I’m a single mom doing everything I can to care for my two children while facing one of the hardest times in my life. We are currently without a permanent home and have no steady income. Despite actively applying, I’ve been unable to secure a part-time Human Resources position.
I also live with multiple chronic health conditions—including fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, migraines, asthma, and sleep apnea—that have affected my personal life and career since my early 20’s. Managing these disabilities makes working for Instacart Shopper even more challenging, and it hasn’t been enough to cover our basic needs.
We urgently need help to cover:
- Car insurance and to pay off my vehicle (to ensure reliable transportation for medical appointments and school)
- Cell phone and storage unit bills (so I can stay connected for job searches and keep our belongings safe)
- Saving to move into a stable 3-bedroom home (where my kids and I can live without fear of eviction)
