Eva is raising this fundraiser for Christina Hallowell and her family, who have been close friends for the past 9 years. Today, their home caught fire, and while everyone made it out safely, the fire destroyed everything they had worked so hard for. In a single day, Christina, her husband, and their children, Rachel and JJ, were left facing the overwhelming loss of their home and belongings. Christina is the kind of person who is always the first to show up when someone else is struggling, and seeing her family go through something so devastating is heartbreaking.

Christina and her family have been there for Eva and her daughter during some of the hardest moments of their lives. When Eva was starting over after a painful separation, Christina helped with everyday essentials, watched Eva’s daughter, and offered support without ever asking for anything in return. That kindness has never been forgotten. Now Eva is asking for help for a family that has given so much to others.
