Help Chris Webb to save tiny blue house and sober sanctuary

Hello

I'm Chris Webb. I'm an alcoholic. I have been sober since October 28, 2018.
I started my sober journey living in my truck with my little dog, Angel. I found I didn't need much and decided to pay off all my debts and buy some property, to build a small home. I spent two years living in my truck, looking at property and talking to the permit people of Kitsap County. In February 2021 I found a nice plot of land out in Seabeck. I was told I could build a 200 sq ft shed on my own property without permits. This was for me a wonderful news; I got started right away, with the help of fellow alcoholics I built a 10x20 shed. The entire time I believed it to be legitimate and I started having monthly fellowship BBQs. The shed has always been an open door for fellow suffering alcoholics. Over the years I added solar power, rainwater catch, a port-a-potty.

The problem: Someone recently complained to the county about my property, stating it's a public nuisance. The county informed me to get the “issues” fixed. The property is not permitted for a dwelling. Because of this, I'm not allowed to live on or have my shed on my own property.
Two options: 1) remove everything (deconstruct the shed) or 2) put a full “permitted” home on the land. Putting a permitted home on the land would require water, septic and power. After much looking, I was only able to find a loan from a manufactured home company. I started the process; unfortunately, I was denied because I only qualify for $177,000 and the manufactured home and setup will cost $250,000. I don't want to give up on my sober sanctuary.
I'm hoping to save the little blue house with help on an extra down payment before they make me remove everything, leaving me to sell my property. I am currently short $73,000.

My day job is as a certified nursing assistant at a veteran's home. I enjoy helping those who served our country. I don't make a lot of money, but I love what I do. I'm making more money today than when I first applied, and I am open to looking into other options as well.
