Hello everyone, I'm asking for a SPECIAL Favor.
My name is Chris. I’m a 67-year-old senior living in Ontario, Canada. Like many seniors today, I live on a fixed income that comes from my retirement benefits. I’m grateful for what I have, but after paying for basic living expenses, there simply isn’t enough left to afford something many people take for granted — a dependable vehicle.
Right now I don’t have reliable transportation.
For younger people this might be an inconvenience. But as we get older, transportation becomes something much bigger. It affects the ability to get groceries, attend medical appointments, run basic errands, and simply maintain independence.
Public transportation where I live is limited, and taxis or ride services quickly become too expensive on a fixed income.
I’m not asking for luxury or anything new. My goal is simply to raise enough funds to purchase a reliable used vehicle that will help me remain independent and continue managing daily life without having to rely on others.
Anyone who has lived on a fixed retirement income knows that unexpected expenses — especially something like a vehicle — can be nearly impossible to manage.
That’s why I’ve decided, with some encouragement from others, to reach out here.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would help me move closer to having safe, dependable transportation again. Every contribution, no matter the size, truly means a lot.
And if donating isn’t possible, simply sharing this page could make a big difference.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can offer.
It truly means more than you know.
Chris
