It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of Chris Longfellow, a dedicated Deputy of the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran who served in Desert Storm. Just three weeks ago, Chris received a heartbreaking diagnosis of Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

Sadly, on August 10, 2025 at 2:49 a.m. Chris succumbed to a short battle with his family by his side.
