As most of you may know, Chris Hopkins passed away on Christmas morning. His passing was sudden and tragic. He was a member of Local 1607. He went through the apprenticeship and held a journeyman card. I had the privilege to work side by side with Chris on a number of jobs. He worked hard and took pride in his trade.

Not only was Chris a Millwright brother, he was also a father. He is survived by his 3 children. Tyler 17, Bradyn 15 and Kaileigh 2. Their mother Jessica is the sole provider for them now. It was obviously an extremely difficult holiday for them. We are looking to raise money for these kids for immediate potential needs. Anything you can donate will be helpful.
