Help Chris have a Future.

Hello family and friends,

Chris and I are unfortunately having to reach out to you because we are in a battle for our marriage and for Chris' health and well being. This is hard for us to discuss and especially for Chris who is an extremely private person and does not want to share his struggles let alone ask for help, but he, like myself, want to see our marriage grow and our own individual lives mature as adults, but we have a problem and that is Chris is struggling with a drug addiction. Chris has come to a place where he knows he needs help and is willing to seek professional medical care but we are not able to pay for the total amount of the expenses it will cost for Chris to receive the rehabilitation that he requires so he can thrive in life moving forward. We want Chris to succeed, as well as, our marriage so we are asking for your help so that we can register Chris to enter into the Peaks Recovery Centers inpatient rehabilitation program. Chris has agreed to voluntarily enter into the program and will be taking a leave of absence from work using the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) so that he can receive the care he requires as soon as possible.

Chris is scheduled to enter the program on Friday, 1-Jul-2022. We need to have the coinsurance payment paid in full before he can enter the program. We are asking family and friends to help out with whatever amount you can spare. We know that times are so difficult for everyone and we do not take lightly what we are asking. It is so difficult for us to ask for help but we are at our wits end and need to press into family and friends to help us get through this rough time in our lives.
