My name is Chris Creekmore. I am a Law Enforcement Officer in West Virginia. About a two years ago, Stacy and I, sent my future step-son, who was 8 at the time, to visit his dad in California for the summer. At the end of summer, his father refused to return him to us. For the past two years, we have been fighting to get him back, which has drained us financially. We cannot give up on him; staying there is not an option , he has never lived with his dad. The state of California has been no help, instead hindering the situation, by extending out the court dates and dragging it out. We desperately need support for the attorney fees.
