Hi, we’re Chris and Yessenia. For the past two years, we’ve been raising two incredible girls who have completely changed our lives. We may not be their biological parents, but they’ve become our daughters in every way that matters. Now, we’re ready to make it official through adoption.

The girls are half-sisters with different fathers, and the legal process is both complicated and expensive. We’ve been quoted over $14,000 in legal fees. While we both work, Yessenia recently returned to school to pursue a better future for our family, and her income was cut in half. Between that, daycare costs, and unexpected medical expenses, we simply can’t afford to do this on our own right now.

These girls have already been through so much in their young lives. Our goal is to give them something they’ve never had: stability, legal security, and a forever family. This adoption is more than paperwork. It is a promise to love and protect them for the rest of our lives.
