We are all devastated to lose Chelsea, a young woman with such a zest for life and a massive heart. Chelsea brought love and care to everyone she knew. This is a picture of Chelsea with Lewis, Harvey and Mason and she also leaves her mum Joanne, stepdad Gareth and sister Jade and her partner Adam and Jamie (Lewis's partner) and step brother and sisters with pain in their hearts at the loss of this absolute beauty. I know times are hard but I'm starting this fundraiser to support Chelsea's immediate family in helping arrange a beautiful send off for our girl.
