Hi my names Tara and my beautiful Rottweiler Chella has suffered a sudden & devastating accident, and we are asking for help to give her the best chance at recovery.

Chella fell from the bed while she was sleeping at night and sustained a serious spinal chord injury. She was rushed to emergency care where she required an MRI and was placed in an induced coma and on a ventilator to support her breathing. During her recovery, she has developed pneumonia and required further intensive care.

I am incredibly grateful to share that Chella has now woken up and progressed off the ventilator, but she remains in ICU as her body continues to recover and strengthen.

She is currently receiving intensive care at VSOS Sydney and her veterinary team believe she has a chance to recover - but the ongoing costs of critical care, rehabilitation to walk again and hospitalisation are significant and continue to grow each day.

We are doing everything we can for her, but the financial burden has become overwhelming. The funds raised now will go directly toward:

Chella is more than just a pet - she is family. She is gentle, loving and deeply cherished, and we are holding onto hope that she can come through this with the right care and time.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to me. If you're unable to donate, sharing Chella's story is just as appreciated.

Thank you for the bottom of our hearts for your kindness , love and support.

Chella has so much love left to give.
