Hi everyone,

My name is Chel-c Christensen, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart. I’ve been suffering from severe tooth decay, and the pain has become unbearable. I’m in pain every single day, and eating or drinking anything hot or cold is nearly impossible. Unfortunately, I’m unable to get a loan to cover the dental work I desperately need, so I’m asking for help — something that’s very hard for me to do.

I want to be completely honest with you. For 10 years, I struggled with addiction. By the grace of God, I’ve been clean since July 15, 2019. After I got clean, my teeth began to deteriorate, and now they’re at a point where they’re severely damaged. I’m missing some front teeth, and I’m embarrassed and in constant pain. I truly believe these rotting teeth are making me sick, causing daily migraines, and holding me back from living a normal life.

I want to work. I want to smile again. I want to move forward and leave my past behind. But right now, I’m stuck. This pain is constant, and it’s hard to even get through each day. I know many people are going through their own struggles, but if you’re able to help in any way — whether by donating or simply sharing my story — it would mean the world to me.
