Help cheer on my cheerleaders

This fundraising effort is to help support Andrea, Abigail, and Kaylee as one starts and two conclude their high school cheerleading journey.

Andrea and Abigail have earned a spot on the Varsity squad next year. They have been shining ambassadors for the high school cheer program these past three years, and maintained an A average the entire time. Andrea will serve as co-captain this upcoming year.

Kaylee has earned a spot on the Freshman high school squad next year. Currently, she is the captain of her middle school team and on the A honor roll.

So now that you know a little bit about who you will be helping, here is why we need your help. This year we have a new cheer coach. That brings new ideas, and a new direction, but it also means new deadlines. Normally, I would have two or three months to come up with the money; however this year the balance must be paid in full by May 1st. This year all of the uniforms, shoes, and accessories that the twins have accumulated will be replaced. For the first time in six years, I will be unable to raise the funds by the payment deadline on May 1st. If I can't raise the money they will have to forfeit their places on the squad. I am starting from scratch with all three girls. My family is so supportive they come to games, and they help out tremendously financially, but like so many other families the pandemic affected us greatly. My household suffered from pandemic layoffs. And I am still recovering financially.

I have often heard "it's just cheer", but cheer brings out qualities in them that I rarely see. It activates the athlete and the performer in them. It reinforces their leadership skills and gives them a sense of comradery. This is the reason year after year I continue to invest in their cheer careers.

The Bible says you have not because you ask not, so I'm asking. Please help me. My girls have worked so hard through the pandemic; we need your support to continue that journey!
