Help Transgender Charlotte transition to female

Hi - thank you for stopping by.I've reached a point in my life where I need to be true to myself, be the person I want to be.To this end I have begun the journey of transitioning to female status.However, having discovered that the waiting list for the NHS is possibly at least 2 years, I have taken the decision to pursue the private route.  A route which is, unfortunately, costly.Hence this fund raising campaign.I am asking for your help.  I am asking for your support.Help with counselling, help with hormone treatment, and help with surgery.Becoming fully female will give me a feeling of completion - the person I was meant to be.With your help my dream can be realised.  With your help I will always smile.  With your help I will stand proud in a crowd.I would love for my journey to start as soon as possible.  Being trapped as I am, in my current form, is affecting me more and more every day.  I don't want to be who I am.  I am not this person, and haven't been for along time.As for my gratitude, well, that would be through the roof!!!  Every person who donates I will personally thank, wholeheartedly and with genuine affection.  Your help and support with my journey will be immeasurable in my heart.If you would you like to know more then please feel free to get in touch with me, and I'll happily do my best to answer your questions.Once again, thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read about my campaign.Charlotte xXx
