Help Charlotte buy a new wheelchair van

We have been so blessed with love and support over the past 13+ years, and now we have a huge goal that we know we cannot accomplish alone. We need an adapted van.
Our sweet Charlotte is nearly fourteen and a rising 7th grader in Darien's middle school. Her genetic disorder, resulting in epilepsy and cerebral palsy, leaves her wheelchair dependent, and enormous effort and focus are required to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. Yet, despite all her challenges, Charlotte has been able to participate in many of the activities that typical kids enjoy -- in her own way, of course -- such as downhill skiing, baseball, Broadway shows, 5K races, horseback riding, sleep away camp, and waterskiing.
Charlotte has made tremendous progress over the years, and is now ready to transition to a power wheelchair, which she will be able to operate herselfusing head switches. Our current minivan cannot accommodate the new wheelchair, so we need to purchase an adapted van in the next few months. We have done our research and narrowed it down to a pre-owned Toyota Sienna minivan converted for rear-entry wheelchair access. The total cost is roughly $56,000.
Would you please consider donating to our GoFundMe appeal? Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for the new adapted van. Funds will be directed to the purchase of the van, and any money left over will be used for therapies not covered by insurance. We are grateful for any amount you can contribute.
We know that the adapted van will be great for Charlotte, transporting her safely and comfortably to appointments and new adventures with her sister and friends, jamming to the latest tunes, and enjoying the wind in her hair. It will also be a lifesaver on our backs!
