Hello!

My name is Charlotte, and I’m excited to share that I’ve been selected to attend the 2026 National Scout Jamboree this summer. The event will take place July 22-31 at Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia, bringing together nearly 20,000 Scouts from across the country and around the world. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience new adventures, make friends, and grow as a leader. Scouts who attend have all been members for at least a year, and we’ll get to share skills, cultures, and ideas that make a difference in our communities.

I’ve been a proud scout for several years, first as a Cub Scout and bridging to Scouts in 2025. Since 2019, girls have been part of the scouting movement formerly known as the Boy Scouts of America. In 2024, the organization rebranded and changed its name to Scouting America in 2025 to better reflect its inclusion. My troop is special because it’s a co-ed, family troop where boys and girls meet, camp, and experience all aspects of leadership and community service together. Through Scouting, I’ve earned merit badges and learned skills that have helped me grow in my personal life and at school. I am currently a Tenderfoot scout and am working toward my Second Class rank, which I hope to achieve before Jamboree.

I am raising funds to help cover my travel and lodging, scouting activities at the Jamboree, and spending money during the event. Any contribution will be gratefully received. Your support will help me make the most of this incredible opportunity and create memories that will last a lifetime!
