Hi, my name is Steve Webb, and I’m proud to serve as a Project Manager at CHACE Farms. I’m raising funds to help my cousin, Tyree Smith, bring his vision for CHACE Farms fully to life.

CHACE ( Chattahoochee Hills Arts, Culture & Entrepreneurship) Farms is part of the larger CHACE Village — a 73-acre Creative placemaking development in Chattahoochee Hills, just 20 minutes from the Atlanta airport. It’s a one-of-a-kind space where arts, culture, entrepreneurship, wellness, and agriculture come together to serve community.

This campaign will help us prepare the property for our official launch in Spring 2026. Funds raised will go directly toward:

• Infrastructure buildout — clearing land, utilities, fencing, and safety systems

• Equipment purchasing — farming tools, storage, and activation supplies

• Ruff Start development — a 3-acre sanctuary for rescue dogs to be rehabilitated as support animals and adopted into the Creative community

CHACE Farms isn’t just about land — it’s about legacy. Tyree secured this property in the middle of the pandemic, when most people said it couldn’t be done. He did it anyway because he knew our communities needed spaces for healing, creativity, and connection more than ever.

Now, as we prepare to welcome the public, we need your help to lay the final foundation. With your support, CHACE Farms will become a place where families gather, artists grow, youth learn, and even dogs find new homes through Ruff Start.

• Youth develop leadership and Creative skills

• Families connect through food, wellness, and cultural events

• Artists and entrepreneurs gain the space to create and grow

• Rescue dogs are saved, rehabilitated, and placed into loving homes

This is more than a farm. It’s a blueprint for how land, culture, and community can grow together.
