My name is Cesar Vasquez. I started La Cultura Del Mundo when I was 13 years old to support immigrant youth and families in my community. What began as a grassroots, youth-led effort in Santa Maria, has grown into a nationwide mobilization.
This year, through La Marcha De La Puebla, we united 14 states and 30 cities to send a clear message: immigrants are heroes, not villains. We did this with a team of youth leaders, proving that when our communities come together, we can change the national conversation.
Our mission is to give families impacted by deportations, the direct support they need — from making sure their families are supported, to providing direct income and food assistance to connecting them with resources that keep them safe and informed, while also advocating for them through marches, rallies, vigils, and pushing for policy change.
Your donations will help us:
- Direct emergency assistance for immigrant families
- Operate our food bank and supply community food drives
- Run community education
- Deliver educational programs about rights
-Fund policy push
-Scholarships for students
-Fund public events to bring the community together
We need your support to continue this work and help more families in need.
Help us stand up for the people keeping this country running.
