Help Cesar Diaz Get Urgent Medical Care

Hey everyone im Amanda Diaz and I am writing to you by this means to ask for help on behalf of my uncle Cesar Adonis Diaz de Colomoncagua Intibuca Honduras from the village of San Miguelito who is in very bad health who months ago was admitted for amputation of a finger due to diabetes but as we know in Honduras the health system is very very bad and there was medical negligence and when they operated on him they left a piece of gauze inside the wound and so they sewed him they sent him to Tegucigalpa and there they did not attend to him they told him that they could not take it out and we want to raise money to take him to some private clinic if you have the will to help us with what you can.

Les escribo por este medio para pedirles ayuda a nombre de mi tío Cesar Adonis Díaz de Colomoncagua Intibuca de la aldea de San Miguelito el cual está muy mal de salud que hace meses fue ingresado para aputación de un dedo debido a la diabetes pero como sabemos en Honduras el sistema de salud está muy muy mal y negligencia hubo médica y cuando lo operaron le dejaron un pedazo de Gaza dentro de la herida y así lo cosieron lo mandaron ah Tegucigalpa y allá no lo atendieron le dijeron que no se podían sacar y queremos reunir dinero para llevarlo a alguna clínica privada si tiene usted ustedes la voluntad de ayudarnos con lo que puedan.
