My name is Cemore, and I am reaching out for help for myself and my 4 month-old baby. Just one day before Christmas, we are facing a situation I never imagined my husband and his family called the cops and say I was going to kidnap baby halo when he was the one volunteered to buy me a ticket for Jamaica which was supposed to be in January 11-25 , he has filed multiple retraining orders that got cancelled, and he has currently file for dissolution of marriage with children, which I have no problem with since I am completely over him and maybe will never be able to forgive him for the pain he has caused me . He has went to the domestic abuse center claiming I was abused him so they are not able to help me in any way , which is also okay because I know the truth and I have the evidence of what I endure over the pass year while pregnant. In this moment I have gotten a lawyer on Tuesday January 20 and got a payment plan , I also got a GA position from NMHU because of my good grades , with all of these I am currently in a way better position than in December 23 . I am no longer facing the risks of being illegal thanks to my university NMHU !my ex husband is now trying to frame me in anyway he can by telling people he knows in the community and my baby doctors that I am inflicting harm on my baby , luckily a doctor is a train professional who can’t be manipulated with hear say ! He has went as far as to called cps on me and continue to sent police to my apartment trying to build a case on me I guess !! With all this drama all I need is peace , peace that I have not had since I found out I was pregnant in February! All the help that I will and I have gotten so far as been put to good use which includes paying down on the lawyer I currently have and providing for my child ! This man currently does not have a job , does seems like he wants one , but is actively trying to get full custody of our child and is asking for child support base on NM child support law , even with knowing my immigration status which prevents me from working off campus to make enough money ! even though since our son came to this world I am his primary caregiver and has become his provider for at least 4 days a week without his help since December 23! I am asking for any help I can get even a penny can go a far way in defending my rights to a baby a birth while enduring emotional and verbal abuse!
