Hi, my name is Steve Ramos, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the Synergy Equipment family in Pompano Beach, Florida, to honor someone truly special—Keith Payne.

Keith was more than just a CDL driver on our team—he was the kind of person who made every day a little brighter. Always smiling, always lending a hand, and always bringing good energy wherever he went, Keith made a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.

He had a rare gift for lifting others up and bringing people together, whether it was coworkers or customers. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for those around him earned him deep respect and admiration. He was truly one of a kind.

Keith’s greatest pride and joy was his daughter, and it’s with her in mind that we’re creating this fundraiser. In his memory, we’re coming together to help support her future and assist with funeral arrangements during this difficult time.
