This summer, we hosted a family from Guatemala who have been through incredibly challenging times. Catherin, a single mother, and her three young sons, Kenneth (11), Henner (7), and Cristian (5), are currently in Tucson, Arizona, seeking asylum in the United States. This family has faced immense hardships and is now trying to build a safe and stable life here. However, the journey has been anything but easy. Catherin is a strong and resilient mother, but she needs our help to ensure her children have a roof for them and the basic necessities they need. Catherin and family recently moved into a new apartment - which gives them the space and safety they need. Past donors to this GoFundMe helped her come up with the deposit. Catherin has had several job interviews in the last few weeks - but she is in need of some support to pay rent during the hiring process.

What They Need: Catherin and her boys are in urgent need of financial assistance to cover their $600 monthly rent, general living expenses, and potential medical costs. As they do not have medical insurance, any unexpected health issue could be a significant financial burden. DECEMBER RENT IS A CURRENT CRITICAL NEED!!!
