Hi our names are Kim and Heather we are starting this go fund me for our sister Cate and niece Francesca. On Wednesday December 29, the unimaginable happened. Steven Overton's life was tragically cut short, causing Cate to lose her partner and father to Frankie. This tragic accident has had a severe negative impact on the lives of Cate and Frankie. Steve was the primary financial support for their family, with that being said while he was in the beginning stages of building his own business, he did not have life/ health insurance yet.  This has left Cate with the financial burden of living costs and remaining hospital bills for their 5 month old daughter.
