I’m raising funds for my friend Cassie who has been involved in a multi-year custody battle. After years of a unhealthy situation, Cassie and her son left to go back home to Nashville only to be separated due to the other party and court believing her to be unable to parent due to her Alpha Gal allergy.

I've known Cassie for over 7 years, first meeting her when she came to work with my company and now as my friend. Anyone who knows Cassie will instantly tell you of her warm and loving spirit. They will also immediately tell you how much she loves her son and what a wonderful, engaged, and active parent she is in her son's life.

 

For those of us who know Cassie well, it's a shock to think anyone would not think that she is anything short of a loving, capable mother. Cassie would do anything for anyone - and often does. Now we need to rally around her, give her the financial means to hire a lawyer who can truly fight this injustice and help reunite Cassie with her son.  Additionally, Cassie needs assistance with ongoing legal fees and other expenses.
