When Tulisha went down in 2020, we didn’t realize the house was on the foreclosure list. We got it out a couple of months later thanks to all the donations.

Casey has fallen back into a rabbit hole where the mortgage company put him back. He was making all the payments a day late, even letting them know. They then sent a letter saying the house was hitting foreclosure. Casey was getting late payment fees he didn’t know about, even though he told them it was getting paid the day after. The late fees kept adding up, and now they won’t take payments, and he has to pay it as a full payment.

On November 1st, he sat me down and told me they are putting the house up for auction on December 2nd if we don’t pay the foreclosure off. With no extra income coming in other than his job and mom’s disability, he will be forced to pack his things and move out if it doesn’t get sorted out.

For Christmas, I want to be able to write a check and be able to pay it off so he can go back to making normal house payments and not worry if he will have a roof over his and Tulisha’s head next month or not.
