Become Part of Team Blake. Help Reunite a Mother and Her Son
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with an aching heart on behalf of my dear friend Casey — a devoted, resilient, and fiercely loving mother whose world has been turned upside down.
Casey’s son, Blake, has already endured more in his short life than most of us face in a lifetime.
He was born at just 24 weeks and 6 days — incredibly premature — after Casey suffered domestic violence at the hands of Blake’s father. From his very first breath, Blake was a fighter. And so was Casey, standing by him every step of the way.
But two weeks before his first birthday, tragedy struck again. Blake’s father nearly took his life in an act of unimaginable violence. The assault left Blake with a traumatic brain injury and severe, permanent disabilities. It was a moment that shattered their world.
Since that day, Casey has done everything in her power to protect Blake — to give him safety, stability, and unconditional love. Child safety authorities became involved not because of her, but solely because of the abuse inflicted by Blake’s father.
Despite the trauma and heartbreak, Casey has fought tirelessly — navigating a system that has repeatedly failed to protect the very people it's meant to serve.
And now, that same system has done the unthinkable.
Child safety authorities took Blake from his loving mother’s care, accusing her of medical neglect — simply because she sought a second medical opinion when something didn’t feel right. She acted out of love. Out of instinct. Out of a deep understanding of her son’s complex medical needs.
And for that, they took him away.
Blake is severely disabled. He needs round-the-clock care and support — but more than anything, he needs his mother. The bond they share is unbreakable. No one knows Blake like Casey. No one loves him more.
The good news: A court date is coming up, and Casey has secured a strong, experienced lawyer who believes in her and in the truth. With legal help, there is a real chance of bringing Blake home where he belongs.
The challenge: Legal battles are costly. And as a single mother who’s already endured so much, Casey simply can’t do this alone.
That’s why we’re asking you to become part of Team Blake.
This isn’t just about legal fees. It’s about justice. It’s about righting an unspeakable wrong. It’s about helping a mother and her son heal — together.
Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward legal expenses. And if you’re not in a position to give, please share this campaign with your network. Your voice could be the one that helps bring Blake home.
Thank you for standing with Casey. Thank you for believing in Blake. And thank you for becoming part of Team Blake.
Let’s bring him home — where love lives, and where he belongs.
