Casa Argentina en Philadelphia is turning an extraordinary journey into a traveling humanitarian mission.
Beginning in 2027, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization will use the Overland Americas Expedition to reach trusted community organizations, schools, rural hospitals, children, families, and underserved communities across the Americas.
We will travel from the United States through Mexico, Central America, and South America to Patagonia and Ushuaia, with a later phase planned across Africa toward Egypt. Our purpose is not simply to cross borders. We want to stop, listen, work beside credible local organizations, and leave meaningful support behind.
OUR FIRST MILESTONE: $5,000
The first $5,000 will help Casa Argentina purchase initial humanitarian and educational supplies, prepare outreach materials, organize early community activities, and support the first verified local charitable projects. The exact use of funds will depend on documented needs identified with trusted organizations in each participating community.
HOW YOUR CONTRIBUTION HELPS
• $10 contributes toward basic humanitarian or school supplies.
• $25 supports educational materials or community-project needs.
• $50 helps Casa Argentina prepare and deliver a larger package of assistance.
• $100 or more helps address a larger verified local need.
You may contribute once or select GoFundMe’s monthly option. Every amount matters, and every share helps this mission reach farther.
A HUMANITARIAN PLATFORM ON WHEELS
The expedition will use our Freightliner FL80 6x6 humanitarian vehicle, Jeep Wrangler, and support trailer as a mobile platform for service, education, cultural exchange, bilingual storytelling, and public awareness.
In selected communities, Casa Argentina plans to:
• Identify reputable nonprofit and community organizations already doing effective local work.
• Support schools, rural hospitals, children, families, and underserved communities according to verified needs.
• Provide humanitarian and educational supplies and support documented local charitable projects.
• Organize community events and vehicle tours connecting residents, organizations, media, and local leaders.
• Produce English- and Spanish-language photographs, videos, interviews, and stories that bring attention to participating communities.
• Encourage additional support by sharing the work of local organizations with audiences in the United States and throughout Latin America.
TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY
All campaign donations will be controlled by Casa Argentina en Philadelphia and used for its charitable and educational purposes. Donations will not be used for commercial advertising, private benefit, or the ordinary business expenses of Overland Americas LLC. Overland Americas will serve as the expedition and transportation partner helping Casa Argentina reach communities across this extraordinary geographic area.
Casa Argentina en Philadelphia was founded to preserve Argentine culture, strengthen relationships among communities, and support humanitarian and educational initiatives. This mission extends that work beyond Philadelphia and creates a bridge among people throughout the Americas.
