Retired, fixed income, 68, doing this for my daughter going through a custody battle. Her ex and family are doing all they can to keep Caroline from her. Judges, attorneys, and law as in most custody case (whitch i know from experience) seem to be biased in the pursuit of the best interest of Caroline but for some reason the courts have not appointed separate counsel for her. Mother-in-law stalking and even contracted a hit person who approached, told her, and gave a record of it. Nothing was done. Attorneys and visitation fees are piling up. Didn't get to see daughter on birthday or Mother's Day.
