Help Carole Overcome Cancer and Amputation
Donation protected
I am asking for your help through donations to help my sister, Carole Sutherland, who is 61 years old. She had part of a lung removed a few years ago due to cancer. She developed an infection in her lower leg approximately 7 months ago. With medical intervention and tests, they discovered she has vascular disease. She had surgery for this a few months ago. She kept receiving treatment, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough, and she had to have her lower right leg amputated above the knee a week ago at St. Jos. It was also discovered during this time that she has aggressive bone cancer. She cannot receive treatments until her amputation is healed. She is currently at another facility receiving extensive therapy. She is a very proud person and is not aware I'm doing this. They really need help with gas, food, and household bills. This is a life-changing experience for her and her family. ANY donation would be helpful. I appreciate you for helping her, and she will be ever so grateful. I have never had to ask anyone for help like this before, so it is a big, big deal to us. My sister has worked her whole life in various jobs in restaurants and as a job coach and teacher's assistant for BOCES for the last 25 years. Prayers for her and your help. Thank you so much.
