Support for Carlos’s Family: A Loving Father Who Gave Everything

It is with a broken heart that I write these words on behalf of my brother Carlos, who tragically passed away in a traffic accident while working. His sudden loss has left behind his wife and three young children (ages 13, 11, and 6), completely unprotected and without support.

Carlos was a kind-hearted man, a tireless worker, and the sole provider for his family. Despite the many financial hardships they faced, he never asked for help. He fought silently and bravely every day to keep his family together, safe, and happy.

Today, the family he fought so hard for is going through the most difficult time of their lives. On top of the unimaginable grief, they now face a harsh economic reality. In Peru, education, school transportation, supplies, and even meals must all be paid for by the family—nothing is covered by the state.

To make matters worse, Carlos’s wife suffers from a medical condition that requires regular blood transfusions, adding more pressure to an already overwhelmed situation.

Any help from the government may take months to arrive due to slow bureaucracy, and this family needs help now. That is why I am humbly asking for your support. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of these three children and help their mother recover.
