Help Carlitos Fight Unjust Legal Charges While Supporting a Friend in Need

Hello friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

I’m reaching out because I am facing a painful and unexpected legal battle. Friends and family describe me as a kindhearted man with a deep sense of loyalty who consistently goes out of the way to help others — even when it means putting myself at risk.

Recently, while trying to support a good friend who has been struggling with homelessness, depression, addiction, and alcoholism, I found myself caught in a situation that led to legal charges and property damage.

I chose compassion. In my attempts to support a friend in a moment of crisis, my good intentions have now placed me in the middle of a legal fight that could have serious consequences.

I am not a wealthy man by any means. I work hard, live modestly, and unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to cover mounting legal fees. But what I do have is a heart of gold and a soft spot for friends, family, and community. I may deserve many things; however, I do not deserve to face this legal struggle as well as possible financial ruin as a result of supporting a good friend in need.

I am raising funds to cover:

* Court costs and related expenses so that I can focus on clearing my name

* Peace of mind in a time of overwhelming stress

* Property damage caused in the process of supporting my friend during his alcoholism, homelessness, and depression.
