<div>Help Carlitos Fight Unjust Legal Charges While Supporting a Friend in Need

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Hello friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m reaching out because <strong>I am facing a painful and unexpected legal battle</strong>. Friends and family describe me as a kindhearted man with a deep sense of loyalty who consistently goes out of the way to help others — even when it means putting myself at risk.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Recently, while trying to support a good friend who has been struggling with homelessness, depression, addiction, and alcoholism, I found myself caught in a situation that led to legal charges and property damage.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I chose compassion. In my attempts to support a friend in a moment of crisis, my good intentions have now placed me in the middle of a legal fight that could have serious consequences.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I am not a wealthy man by any means. I work hard, live modestly, and unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to cover mounting legal fees. But what I do have is a heart of gold and a soft spot for friends, family, and community. I may deserve many things; however, I do not deserve to face this legal struggle as well as possible financial ruin as a result of supporting a good friend in need.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>I am raising funds to cover:</strong>

</div>

<div>* Attorney fees to ensure I have proper representation

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>* Court costs and related expenses so that I can focus on clearing my name

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>* Peace of mind in a time of overwhelming stress

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>* Property damage caused in the process of supporting my friend during his alcoholism, homelessness, and depression.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward my legal defense and to help get through this ordeal.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with others.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>”Those who loved me, love me still. Those who didn’t never will.”

</div>
