My name is Ice, and I have a 6 year old daughter called Luna and a wife called Alessandra. My wife and daughter are Peruvian, but we are an international family. In 2022, my wife was rushed into hospital in London, England for emergency brain surgery, and was diagnosed with brain cancer at the very start of 2023, having spend New Year's Eve in hospital.

However, an American former YouTuber with a history of suing people and a history of sexual assault charges/allegations/arrests came all the way to my wife's country of Peru to try to sue our family for $350,000, because I stood up against his sexual harassment history on the Internet, and stood up against his targeted harassment of me and my wife (A cancer patient).

The man suing has had a reputation for over 10 years for threatening people with lawsuits, and he was banned on YouTube (Having hundreds of thousands of subscribers) in November 2025 after using his audience to target harassment towards my family. He had used his channel (And other social media pages) since 2024 to make videos, showing photos of my wife and calling her a 'gremlin', 'dog' and many other insults because she wore a wig or hats during her cancer treatment.

I responded to his harassing videos on YouTube by pointing out that this particular YouTuber was arrested around 2013 on charges of kidnapping a woman and sexually harassing her. This led him to target my family even further. And he has tried numerous times to sue me in multiple countries, which has required me to pay for legal services such as lawyers; from money that should have been spent on my daughter's education.

A family with a cancer surviving mother and a 6 year old daughter should not have to face the stress of targeted legal harassment, targeted social media harassment, or anything of the kind. We just want to enjoy our time together as a family before my wife requires any further medical treatment.

All funding received will be used to cover legal expenses defending against this former YouTuber's targeted legal harassment and social media harassment, as well as blocking him from legally harassing us further, and any excess will go towards Luna's education. What matters the most is that my daughter gets everything she needs, regardless of family medical matters. My wife is generally unable to work, and thus our family is a one-income household. For years, I have dreaded the possibility of being widowed due to the severity of my wife's cancer. However, she has managed very well against terrible odds. We are generally doing just fine, but as a matter of principle, no man should ever threaten someone's family with legal harassment.

The person who is targeting us is an American former YouTuber from New York who lives in Brazil, and he has taken the time to even fly to my wife's home city just to initiate legal proceedings accusing us of 'defamation' by responding to his harassment.

Where the court documents are concerned, I am accused of calling him 'homophobic' because he said the F word on multiple occasions, and I am accused of saying that he has 'fake subscribers', although he currently has no YouTube channel at all because YouTube terminated his channel for violating Harassment & Cyberbullying Policies relating to this matter. He has since continued harassing us on other platforms, including the legal system.

I am also accused of calling him a rapist. This is something I never said. I did, however, highlight that he has a history of sexual harassment allegations recognized by the American government.

I would like to keep this man away from my family in every way possible.
