Hello, my name is Camilla Edwards. I'm a 22 year old woman struggling with her mental health and to make ends meet after a series of hardships over the past few weeks and months.

On March 3rd 2025 my mother, Melinda Edwards (pictured in the cover photo I believe it's a picture of her from the 90's?), was murdered by my older brother, Curtis Edwards. While in the long run life insurance will cover any and all costs, I still have to live in the meantime and I am currently unemployed after a self harm incident at work on December 31st, 2024.

My roommate and I are woefully behind on our payments for rent, electricity, internet, and I also have a car payment and two maxed out credit cards with no reliable way to make any income.

I want to be able to be the kind of person that my mother was, strong and kind and always willing to help others even to her own detriment. But I need help to be able to get back onto my feet.

The funds raised will go to help my roommate and I pay for living expenses such as rent, electricity, and groceries, for the crime scene cleanup company that will need to be hired clean the remains left at my mother's home, and any legal expenses that may arise is the coming weeks and months.

Anything that you can spare, any advice or anything that can help me make my ends meet until I am able to get through this nightmare would be appreciated greatly.
