Caed Brawner, an incredible son, brother, and bright spirit, has been unfortunately incarcerated in Florida for 25 years. Despite the challenges he has faced, Caed has remained resilient, nurturing his passion for art and education to strive and create a better future. Now, he has been given a unique opportunity: Caed has been accepted to Miami Dade College through a program at his new incentive facility.

However, there’s a significant hurdle. Despite spending 25 years in Florida, Caed is still considered an out-of-state resident, making it difficult for him to access grants and scholarships. This status also makes his education more expensive.
