I am a Firefighter currently mobilized and fighting The Park Fire in Butte County, and I am putting a cry of help out for Relief for My Family!

There is some good in this world and it’s worth fighting for …these days of darkness too shall pass… Prayers for The Victims of The Park Fire, Butte County, CA

A Mother’s plea….

If you know Elliot and Katie then you know their diligence and determination and how hard they’ve worked to build their growing household in Cohasset, CA from scratch.

If you don’t know Elliot and Katie, then I wish you could know all the love and sharing they give, and deserve! I wish you could know how much these two return to the world just by being in it.

But mostly I know they are too humble, independent, and generous to ask for, or expect, anything from others. So, I ask on behalf of My Son, His Fiancée, and Their Daughter.

After he himself lost everything in The Butte Fire in 2015, Elliot and Family now are evacuated for a second anr unknown length of time.

As the neighborhood of Cohasset, CA is reeling from the loss of NUMEROUS homes and outbuildings to the intense fire which over-ran their neighborhood on July 26th, 2024: Elliot and Katie must navigate being evacuated to temporary housing and still focus on College and child rearing.

The losses include Elliot and Katie’s boat, storage shed, and tiny home, (Thank Goodness their big house which they just finished building, survived), however; much of what they had acquired in life was in those other areas and we don’t know how long the neighborhood will be restricted due to Hazmat concerns…they need help getting back on their feet, please !!

Elliot is trying to get through the second half of Nursing School and Their Baby Girl is just a yearling.

Bless You and please believe Elliot, Katie and Claire are Butte Co. Strong multiplied by Calaveras Co. Strong; and eventually this experience will only exponentially make them stronger, better, and more resilient people !! Thank You !!!!
