$270 raised of $11K AUD

Due to the success of our first campaign, we are able to get the construction of Butre farm up and going!
We are raising our goal to $11,00
this money goes towards building what is necessary for the village to be self sustaining.
After laying the foundation through community engagement we are now moving into a new phase: empowering a village in Ghana through food security and sustainable livelihoods. Our first major project is building a chicken coop to house 1,000 chickens which will provide families with both a source of food and a steady income from selling eggs. This project creates self-reliance, reduces dependency and uplifts the entire community.
We are aiming to raise AUD 11,000 to make this vision a reality. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to feeding families, creating jobs, and building a stronger, sustainable future. At Makeni & Co Foundation, we believe that together we make a village, and together we are stronger.
