Dad Needs Your Help: Fighting Cancer One Day at a Time My second dad, Butch aka Carl Noonan, is the strongest person I know. He’s always been there for me, a constant source of support, laughter, endless nitpicking, unsolicited advice & his special brand of love. But now, he’s facing the toughest battle of his life: cancer. He’s pushed me when no one else could or cared. He deserves to be cared for on a level that just isn’t looking possible. It’s been a whirlwind of emotions since his diagnosis. We’ve been trying to stay positive, but the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
