This fundraiser is organized on behalf of Bushra Alkhatib, a mother of two from Khan Younis, Gaza Strip, who recently lost her home and source of income.
Bushra had been working as a radio presenter before the building where she worked was destroyed. Not long after, her family’s home was also lost, and she is now trying to care for her two children—Jehad (8) and Malak (4)—under extremely difficult conditions.
⸻
Why We’re Raising Funds
Bushra’s goal is to relocate to a safer place where she and her children can begin to recover and rebuild.
We are raising $25,000 to help her with:
• Travel-related legal and documentation fees
• Basic necessities (food, clothing, temporary shelter)
• Medical care and emotional support for the children
• Educational needs
• Long-term resettlement expenses

How Funds Will Be Handled
This fundraiser is organized by a friend of the family (based in the U.S.), who will be managing the withdrawals and securely transferring the funds to Bushra Nafez Alkhatib. Funds will be sent via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on the most accessible option at the time.
We are not affiliated with any organization. This is a personal humanitarian fundraiser for a family impacted by loss of housing and income.
No money will be used for any political, military, or conflict-related purposes.
⸻
Every Bit Helps
Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping Bushra and her children recover and restart their lives. If you can’t give, sharing this page with others is also a huge help.
Thank you so much for your compassion.
