Norm Kaish, founder and Executive Director of the Wall of Tears Foundation, has dedicated his work to ensuring that the lessons of history are never forgotten. Through his leadership, the Foundation is committed to building powerful, educational memorials that confront the consequences of hatred and indifference, and inspire future generations to stand against antisemitism.
Today, we are raising funds to bring this mission to life through the Wall of Tears Monument in the Five Towns.
The Wall of Tears Monument will stand as a sacred space of remembrance, honoring the six million lives lost in the Holocaust and ensuring their stories are preserved and passed on. More than a memorial, it is an educational experience designed to reach students, families, and communities in everyday spaces—where remembrance becomes part of daily life, not something distant or forgotten.
At a time when antisemitism is rising and historical awareness is fading, this monument serves as a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility: to remember, to educate, and to speak out.
With $100,000 already raised, our community now faces the critical step of securing the remaining $250,000 needed to build the monument.
Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to creating a permanent place of truth, reflection, and education.
