# Help Build the UnityReach Global Campus in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti

Dear friends, families, churches, businesses and supporters,

SapiBon Foundation is asking for your help to begin developing the proposed **UnityReach Global Community, Mission and Family Development Campus** in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti.

Our vision is to create a permanent place where humanitarian service, healthcare, food access, volunteer housing, recreation, employment and community development can come together throughout the year.

## Why We’re Building This Campus

Each time a mission team travels to Haiti, significant money must be spent on temporary accommodations, meeting spaces, kitchens, storage, transportation support, medical locations and activity venues.

When the mission ends, those temporary expenses leave behind little permanent infrastructure.

We want to change that.

Instead of repeatedly paying for the same temporary services, SapiBon Foundation wants to develop a permanent campus that can support future UnityReach Global missions while continuing to serve the community after international volunteers return home.

The campus is intended to become more than a place for visiting volunteers. It is envisioned as a year-round community resource that can create jobs, provide essential services, support local professionals and generate revenue to help maintain the property and fund future humanitarian programs.

## The Complete Campus Vision

The proposed UnityReach Global Campus is currently planned to include approximately **175,000 square feet of enclosed facilities**, plus outdoor sports, recreation and amusement areas.

The complete vision includes:

* 200 flexible guest rooms
* Accommodations for up to 1,200 mission participants
* A full outpatient community clinic
* Medical, dental and vision services
* Pharmacy and diagnostic support
* A medium public grocery store
* A public restaurant
* A commercial kitchen and dining hall
* A convention, worship and sports center
* A soccer stadium
* Track-and-field facilities
* A public skating rink
* A four-lane bowling alley
* A children’s playroom and arcade
* A public water park
* Laser tag and rock climbing
* A 4K Dolby Atmos theater
* A sports bar and simulator lounge
* A nine-hole glow-in-the-dark miniature-golf course
* A comedy and karaoke stage
* An outdoor amphitheater
* A leisure pool with a floating DJ booth
* A public family fair and amusement midway
* A Ferris wheel
* A family roller coaster
* A carousel
* Bumper cars
* A swing ride
* A drop tower
* Kiddie rides
* Midway games and food concessions
* Solar and backup-power infrastructure
* Water treatment and storage
* Wastewater treatment
* Warehousing, maintenance and service facilities

The conceptual master plan separates the private guest and mission campus from public community services, entertainment areas, the family fair and service operations.

## A Campus That Continues Working After the Mission

Our mission volunteers may visit Haiti for a limited period, but the community’s needs and opportunities continue throughout the year.

After mission teams return home, the campus could continue providing:

* Outpatient healthcare
* Dental and vision care
* Access to groceries and household essentials
* Employment opportunities
* Professional development and training
* Youth recreation
* Sports programs
* Family activities
* Community gatherings
* Hospitality services
* Local purchasing opportunities
* Opportunities for Haitian vendors and entrepreneurs

Income generated by approved campus activities could help support staffing, utilities, maintenance, security, community programs and future UnityReach Global missions.

Local Haitian leadership, professionals, employees, businesses and community representatives must be involved throughout the project’s planning, development and operation.

## Our First-Phase Goal: $2 Million

The complete campus currently has a preliminary planning budget of approximately **$30 million**.

We are not attempting to raise the entire development budget through this first campaign. Our initial GoFundMe goal is **$2 million** to help move the project from vision to professionally validated planning and development.

First-phase funding may support:

* Identifying and evaluating suitable properties
* Potential land acquisition
* Haitian legal and land-title review
* Surveys and site investigations
* Environmental and drainage studies
* Geotechnical testing
* Community consultation
* Architectural programming
* Engineering feasibility
* Concept and schematic design
* Preliminary construction estimates
* Permit and approval planning
* Project administration
* Authorized early site preparation
* First-phase contingency

No land purchase or construction commitment should be completed without appropriate title verification, professional review, financial controls and organizational authorization.

## Preliminary First-Phase Budget

Our initial $2 million planning framework includes:

* **$900,000** — Land-purchase allowance
* **$80,000** — Title review, legal services and closing costs
* **$120,000** — Surveys and technical site investigations
* **$100,000** — Site selection and feasibility studies
* **$300,000** — Architectural services
* **$300,000** — Engineering services
* **$75,000** — Specialty consultants
* **$50,000** — Permits and professional approvals
* **$50,000** — Cost planning and procurement preparation
* **$25,000** — First-phase contingency

**Total first-phase fundraising goal: $2,000,000**

These preliminary allocations may change based on the selected property, professional recommendations, regulatory requirements, vendor proposals and verified project needs.

## How Your Contribution Can Help

Every donation, regardless of size, can help move this project forward.

* **$25** can support community outreach and project documentation.
* **$50** can support planning and administrative costs.
* **$100** can help fund surveys and design work.
* **$250** can help support engineering and technical studies.
* **$500** can sponsor part of the planning for a guest room.
* **$1,000** can support clinic, grocery store or infrastructure planning.
* **$2,500** can support professional design and engineering.
* **$5,000** can establish a founding project sponsorship.
* **$10,000** can provide major project support.
* **$25,000 or more** can establish a corporate, church or institutional founding partnership.

These examples illustrate how donations may support the project’s approved first-phase needs. They do not guarantee that a specific donation will pay for one exact item unless SapiBon Foundation formally accepts it as a restricted contribution.

## Transparency and Accountability

SapiBon Foundation is committed to managing this project responsibly.

Our project controls are intended to include:

* Separate project accounting
* Donation and expenditure records
* Verified pledges reported separately from money received
* Written contracts and approvals
* Land-title verification
* Architectural and engineering review
* Competitive procurement where practical
* Conflict-of-interest controls
* Documented development milestones
* Project progress reports
* Donor updates
* Safeguarding and privacy protections
* Compliance with applicable requirements
* Qualified professional oversight

Donations must be deposited into an official SapiBon Foundation-controlled account. Volunteers, partners and representatives are not authorized to collect project funds through personal accounts.

## Important Project Disclosure

The campus master plan is conceptual and is being used for fundraising, discussion and professional feasibility review.

The project has not yet completed final site selection, land acquisition, architectural design, engineering, permitting, construction pricing or regulatory approval.

The proposed facilities, dimensions, capacities, attractions, budget and development sequence may change following professional, regulatory, financial and community review.

The current **$30 million complete-project figure is a preliminary planning estimate—not a contractor quotation or guaranteed construction price**.

A donation does not provide ownership, investment returns, guaranteed naming rights, admission privileges, residency, employment, immigration assistance, volunteer acceptance or control over the project or its beneficiaries.
