<div>Help Build the UnityReach Global Campus in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Dear friends, families, churches, businesses and supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>SapiBon Foundation is asking for your help to begin developing the proposed **UnityReach Global Community, Mission and Family Development Campus** in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our vision is to create a permanent place where humanitarian service, healthcare, food access, volunteer housing, recreation, employment and community development can come together throughout the year.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Why We’re Building This Campus
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each time a mission team travels to Haiti, significant money must be spent on temporary accommodations, meeting spaces, kitchens, storage, transportation support, medical locations and activity venues.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When the mission ends, those temporary expenses leave behind little permanent infrastructure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to change that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Instead of repeatedly paying for the same temporary services, SapiBon Foundation wants to develop a permanent campus that can support future UnityReach Global missions while continuing to serve the community after international volunteers return home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The campus is intended to become more than a place for visiting volunteers. It is envisioned as a year-round community resource that can create jobs, provide essential services, support local professionals and generate revenue to help maintain the property and fund future humanitarian programs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Complete Campus Vision
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The proposed UnityReach Global Campus is currently planned to include approximately **175,000 square feet of enclosed facilities**, plus outdoor sports, recreation and amusement areas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The complete vision includes:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* 200 flexible guest rooms
</div>
<div>* Accommodations for up to 1,200 mission participants
</div>
<div>* A full outpatient community clinic
</div>
<div>* Medical, dental and vision services
</div>
<div>* Pharmacy and diagnostic support
</div>
<div>* A medium public grocery store
</div>
<div>* A public restaurant
</div>
<div>* A commercial kitchen and dining hall
</div>
<div>* A convention, worship and sports center
</div>
<div>* A soccer stadium
</div>
<div>* Track-and-field facilities
</div>
<div>* A public skating rink
</div>
<div>* A four-lane bowling alley
</div>
<div>* A children’s playroom and arcade
</div>
<div>* A public water park
</div>
<div>* Laser tag and rock climbing
</div>
<div>* A 4K Dolby Atmos theater
</div>
<div>* A sports bar and simulator lounge
</div>
<div>* A nine-hole glow-in-the-dark miniature-golf course
</div>
<div>* A comedy and karaoke stage
</div>
<div>* An outdoor amphitheater
</div>
<div>* A leisure pool with a floating DJ booth
</div>
<div>* A public family fair and amusement midway
</div>
<div>* A Ferris wheel
</div>
<div>* A family roller coaster
</div>
<div>* A carousel
</div>
<div>* Bumper cars
</div>
<div>* A swing ride
</div>
<div>* A drop tower
</div>
<div>* Kiddie rides
</div>
<div>* Midway games and food concessions
</div>
<div>* Solar and backup-power infrastructure
</div>
<div>* Water treatment and storage
</div>
<div>* Wastewater treatment
</div>
<div>* Warehousing, maintenance and service facilities
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The conceptual master plan separates the private guest and mission campus from public community services, entertainment areas, the family fair and service operations.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A Campus That Continues Working After the Mission
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our mission volunteers may visit Haiti for a limited period, but the community’s needs and opportunities continue throughout the year.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After mission teams return home, the campus could continue providing:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Outpatient healthcare
</div>
<div>* Dental and vision care
</div>
<div>* Access to groceries and household essentials
</div>
<div>* Employment opportunities
</div>
<div>* Professional development and training
</div>
<div>* Youth recreation
</div>
<div>* Sports programs
</div>
<div>* Family activities
</div>
<div>* Community gatherings
</div>
<div>* Hospitality services
</div>
<div>* Local purchasing opportunities
</div>
<div>* Opportunities for Haitian vendors and entrepreneurs
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Income generated by approved campus activities could help support staffing, utilities, maintenance, security, community programs and future UnityReach Global missions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Local Haitian leadership, professionals, employees, businesses and community representatives must be involved throughout the project’s planning, development and operation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our First-Phase Goal: $2 Million
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The complete campus currently has a preliminary planning budget of approximately **$30 million**.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are not attempting to raise the entire development budget through this first campaign. Our initial GoFundMe goal is **$2 million** to help move the project from vision to professionally validated planning and development.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>First-phase funding may support:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Identifying and evaluating suitable properties
</div>
<div>* Potential land acquisition
</div>
<div>* Haitian legal and land-title review
</div>
<div>* Surveys and site investigations
</div>
<div>* Environmental and drainage studies
</div>
<div>* Geotechnical testing
</div>
<div>* Community consultation
</div>
<div>* Architectural programming
</div>
<div>* Engineering feasibility
</div>
<div>* Concept and schematic design
</div>
<div>* Preliminary construction estimates
</div>
<div>* Permit and approval planning
</div>
<div>* Project administration
</div>
<div>* Authorized early site preparation
</div>
<div>* First-phase contingency
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No land purchase or construction commitment should be completed without appropriate title verification, professional review, financial controls and organizational authorization.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>**Total first-phase fundraising goal: $2,000,000**

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How Your Contribution Can Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, regardless of size, can help move this project forward.

</div>
<div>* **$50** can support planning and administrative costs.
</div>
<div>* **$100** can help fund surveys and design work.
</div>
<div>* **$250** can help support engineering and technical studies.
</div>

</div>

</div>
<div>These examples illustrate how donations may support the project’s approved first-phase needs. They do not guarantee that a specific donation will pay for one exact item unless SapiBon Foundation formally accepts it as a restricted contribution.
</div>

</div>
<div>SapiBon Foundation is committed to managing this project responsibly.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The campus master plan is conceptual and is being used for fundraising, discussion and professional feasibility review.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The project has not yet completed final site selection, land acquisition, architectural design, engineering, permitting, construction pricing or regulatory approval.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The proposed facilities, dimensions, capacities, attractions, budget and development sequence may change following professional, regulatory, financial and community review.

</div>
<div>The current **$30 million complete-project figure is a preliminary planning estimate—not a contractor quotation or guaranteed construction price**.
