Building St Mary of Egypt Orthodox Christian Monastery

We are a community of nuns of the Diocese of the West of the Orthodox Church in America. We strive to live

a communal Orthodox monastic life according to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Early Fathers of the Church.

As our community and ministries are growing, we have a vision to build a place of refuge and healing for God’s people (Only Women) from all over the world.

By the grace of God, we have found a suitable piece of bare land in Casa Grande, AZ, that is in line with our vision.

We used all we had saved up over the years to finally purchase this property, and need to raise funds to start building. We live by a simple principle: whenever we have provision we proceed.
