Rogue Ridge is an 80-acre property nestled between a creek and a river, envisioned as a youth camp where young people can learn valuable vocational trades and outdoor skills. Our mission is to provide a space where kids can engage in activities like fishing, gold panning, beekeeping, carpentry, and foraging for wild herbs, alongside enjoying outdoor recreation such as hiking, biking, and rafting. To bring this vision to life, we are partnering with youth-oriented organizations in the community and leading our own educational classes. However, we face significant challenges in accessing and developing the property. The funds raised will be used to install a water system that pumps from the river and to build a bridge over the creek, which is essential for accessing the property. Your support will help us create a nurturing environment at Rogue Ridge, where young people can learn, grow, and connect with nature, just like in the good ol' days.
