- Constructing a sacred Sweat Lodge where we can purify and commune.

- Securing the deposit and fees for a two-year agreement on a beautiful, serene piece of land and eco-retreat for our community events.

About AYAM:

The name AYAM is a play on words. It sounds like “I AM” which is a liberating and healing truth we are continuously remembering. AYAM is also the word MAYA spelled backward. Maya roughly means “illusion.” The I AM consciousness is a part of our journey of remembering the Truth.

The original seed for AYAM was planted in NY state, in 2012, where we continue to host regular events. Since then, AYAM has grown to connect with the community live & virtually across the globe.

The sacred ways are weaving together a family of like-minded and like-hearted people committed to traditional and reciprocal ways of conscious living and expansion of consciousness. We have grown together over the years to build a safe container for the community to grow and learn together.

After over a decade of observing and serving the community in a modern set & setting, globally and within cities like NYC, Rachael Sessions & the AYAM community have created a space and system of support unique to the modern human, rooted in traditional teachings and practices, which nourishes a strong foundation for the spiritual journey.

The community is filled with beautiful, diverse souls inspired by their spiritual path and brought together in a desire to act, connect, and learn. We envision and co-create paths in our lives founded in deeper harmony with the Earth, with each other, and ourselves, and in reverence for our elders and traditional wisdom.
