Help Build a Community Resource & Training Center for Youth in Morocco
My name is Salimah Muhammad, and I am a registered nurse with an MBA who is currently living in Morocco. Through my time here, I have seen a growing challenge—many young people feel there are limited job opportunities and lack access to the skills needed for today’s workforce.
Morocco has a large and talented youth population, but there is often a gap between education and employment. Many young people finish school without clear career direction, practical training, or access to opportunities that match the evolving job market.
My goal is to create a Community Resource and Training Center that helps bridge this gap.
This center would focus on:
• Career path development and guidance
• Aptitude and personality-based career assessments
• Training in high-demand skills such as AI tools, digital technology, and remote work skills
• Connecting youth with businesses and organizations that need trained talent
• Helping translate job descriptions into clear, learnable skills so youth can prepare effectively
I believe that many businesses struggle to find qualified workers not because talent doesn’t exist, but because there is a lack of accessible training and clear pathways into these roles. At the same time, many young people feel stuck or forced to leave their country in search of opportunity.
This center aims to become a bridge—helping youth build real, practical skills while supporting businesses in finding and developing the talent they need.
Funding will go toward:
• Securing a physical space
• Legal registration and setup
• Equipment such as computers and training tools
• Developing training programs and resources
This is more than a project—it is a step toward creating opportunity, dignity, and sustainable futures for young people and families.
Any support or sharing of this campaign would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you for being part of building something meaningful.
