Barakah for Bangladesh is launching a new initiative to bring clean and accessible water to underserved communities in Rajshahi through building water pumps. Many families in these areas struggle daily to access safe drinking water, often walking long distances or relying on unsafe sources.

In fact, parts of Rajshahi have been officially identified as severely water-stressed areas, where access to reliable water is becoming increasingly difficult. Across Bangladesh, the crisis is even more widespread. While many people technically have “access” to water, only about 59% have access to safely managed, clean water, and contamination remains a serious issue.

This campaign aims to ease that hardship by building water pumps that will serve entire communities for years to come.

With a goal of $750 CAD, Insha’Allah, your generous donations will allow our team on the ground to install reliable water pumps, giving families access to clean water for drinking, cooking, and daily use.

$250 CAD will fund one water pump, providing a long-term source of clean water for multiple families and benefiting an entire community.
