I am raising money to help rebuild a school in Nepal through the Himalayan Project. The school has 400 students, but does not currently have a physical space to fit them all. The school was severely damaged in an earthquake two years ago. It is a remote school for students that cannot afford to go all the way to Khatmandu. Some children walk 3 to 4 hours every day. It is the ONLY school in the Mt Everest region to provide a full education through Grade 12. I will be personally visiting the community where the school is being built in April and also delivering fleece jackets that I collected in a fleece drive.
