About Us
Future Leaders Movement is a nonprofit organization addressing a critical issue in today's business world: the significant lack of diversity in leadership positions. We are the catalysts of change, the believers in potential, the champions of diversity. Born from a vision of equitable leadership, we stand for those whose talents have been overlooked.
Our organization provides comprehensive support to cultivate a new generation of leaders who will drive systemic change across industries. We focus on empowering high-potential individuals from Black, Indigenous, Latin(e), Asian, and other historically marginalized communities through our Future Leaders Grants program.
This fundraiser will provide emerging leaders with access to 3-6 months of professional development support with a seasoned coach or mentor! Six months of sustained focus has shown to be critical in achieving lasting behavioral change and significant professional growth, ensuring participants can fully integrate and apply new skills to drive meaningful progress in their careers.
By equipping historically untapped professionals with the tools to lead, we are not just changing boardrooms; we are building better businesses and communities.
We are on track to secure our 501(c)(3) status by early 2025, but the impact of these grants will benefit participants starting this year.

Where Your Donation Goes: Funding Future Leaders Grants
Your contributions directly fund our Future Leaders Grants, providing underrepresented professionals with a transformative leadership development experience. Each grant supports:
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship from JEDI-trained professionals.
- Access to workshops and resources on crucial leadership and career advancement skills.
- Comprehensive support for career transitions and job searches.
- Opportunities to connect with industry professionals and peers.
- Ongoing check-ins and alumni events beyond the initial program.

$150 - The Advocate: Your generosity enables us to offer comprehensive leadership development materials & 1:1 sessions. You are playing a crucial role in fostering the growth of future leaders from marginalized backgrounds.
$300 - The Empowerer: Your donation provides critical resources and support, equipping professionals with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers. You are creating opportunities for growth and development, making a significant impact on their path to leadership.
$1,800 or more - The Changemaker: This donation sponsors an individual for six months of personalized professional development, providing them with critical guidance and resources to thrive as leaders. Your support transforms lives and drives lasting change within organizations and communities. Your name will be prominently listed on all grant materials, publications, and our annual report, acknowledging your generous support (you can choose to opt out).
