This GoFundMe campaign is dedicated to giving children in poor communities access to better quality education. To achieve this goal, I am joining Mellon Educate to build new schools in rural South Africa in a 7 day Building Blitz this November.
The Building Blitz is an incredible initiative that for over 20 years has brought hundreds of volunteers together to construct schools, train local teachers, and empower children to build a brighter future through education.
I was able to witness first hand the joy and direct impact this program brings to the children living in poor communities, having joined the Building Blitz 2024 in the township of Lwandle.
To help this incredible program continue to improve children's lives, I would be grateful if you could consider supporting my fundraising efforts. Every contribution counts!
Your support will help provide:
- New classrooms: Construction materials for building safe and welcoming learning spaces.
- Access to quality education: Hiring of local tutors to teach reading and writing.
- A pathway to a brighter future: Empowering children to break the cycle of poverty.
